Front Office Executive Job Opportunity

PEC Nature Camp provides a spacious indigenous adventure camp, picnic, team building and nature park. It is located on the scenic foothills of the rolling Ngong Hills, about 40 km south of Nairobi in Corner baridi, off Magadi road, just 6km past Kiserian town. We Connect people with nature!

Brief

We are looking for a pleasant Front Desk Executive to undertake all receptionist and customer service duties. You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make; whether through phone call, email, social media or sms communication.

The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential. The goal is to make guests feel comfortable and valued at all times. She will report to the Camp Manager.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position.
  • Basic computer skills, be familiar with Microsoft Office, Email and Social Media.
  • Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping.
  • Proficient in English and Swahili (Oral and Written).
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • College Diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus.

Note: He/she must be willing to move to/near the campsite (Kiserian).
